Since it was founded in 1968, our property management has been taking care of our customers’ properties reliably and competently. In addition to preserving the values, our goal is above all the continuous increase in value. We meet the people in the houses with attention and consideration.
As a family business, we have been successfully managing condominiums and apartment buildings for owner-occupiers, private investors and commercial investors for more than 5 decades. Only qualified specialists work in our property management, who are always up to date through regular training and specialist lectures. We are an IVD member and meet the associated high requirements. Of course, we have pecuniary damage liability insurance, which is supplemented by trust insurance – exclusively for IVD members. With the property management Willmann you always play it safe.
After graduating from high school, a few semesters of civil engineering and training as a businessman in the real estate and housing industry, I took over the company from my parents in 1997 and have been a real estate specialist since 2001.

Anyone who entrusts the management of their property to a partner wants to be able to rely on their expertise and reliability.
The Willmann team consists exclusively of well-trained and experienced real estate agents and real estate specialists who have learned their job from scratch and regularly participate in further training. As a member and founding member of the IVD we train young professionals ourselves and are certified according to § 26a paragraph 1.
In the focus of our thoughts and actions is always the satisfaction of our customers. We focus on individual support from the very beginning.

There is no standstill with us. On the contrary! We are continuously developing our range of services and always have the requirements and wishes of our customers in mind.
In 2020 we set up a large meeting room for the condominium owners association meetings. This is equipped with modern technology, a beamer and the latest software. There are parking spaces for the participants directly at the company headquarters.
Documents can be scanned directly, which significantly speeds up the process flow and increases transparency. We would be happy to create an individual website for your property on which you can provide important emergency telephone numbers, among other things.
A regular inspection and control of the objects are important parts of our daily work. Our own fleet of vehicles is available for this purpose, so that our employees can act quickly and flexibly at any time.
